This unit has not been rented in 17 years. Across the street from Kam 3 Beach, its a breeze to get "Toes in the Sand". Extensive gym, extra large swimming pool, play some tennis & work up a sweat. The BBQ shaded area / with picnic tables just a short distance at the end of the building (1 condo away). Close assigned parking is included.

 Enjoy the sunset from your patio or living room 365 days a year. Accommodates 4 guests very comfortably (while we can accommodate children our condo is not child proof, has expensive items that can be broken and has a walk out patio without a fence). PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CURRENT FUEL COSTS HAWAII ELECTRIC rates have increased 40% in the last few months. Because of this there will be a daily surcharge to cover this amount. It is included in your quote.

Our cancellation policy: Please see our written agreement. Given the world we all live in right now we attempt to be flexible to reasonable requests. Please ask us should you have specific concerns. Note that VRBO and Airbnb policies may be different than ours..so ask us.

FROM KAHULUI AIRPORT:

Exit Kahului Airport on KEOLANI PL. Stay in middle lane and continue onto DAIRY RD/HWY 380.

Turn LEFT at traffic signal onto SOUTH PUUNENE AVE/HWY 350. SOUTH PUUNENE AVE/HWY350
veers right and becomes MOKULELE HWY/HWY 311.

Continue on MOKULELE HWY/HWY 311 for 5.4 miles Turn LEFT onto PIILANI HWY/HWY 31 and continue on highway for 6.4 miles

Turn RIGHT onto KEONEKAI RD for .6 miles
